1.5    SUBMITTALS
A.    Designer or manufacturer shall supply product data sheets, which define the geometry of each trap and the ancillary equipment needed for successful operation of each air handler specified.

B.    Designer or manufacturer shall provide detailed installation drawings, including all ancillary equipment for each air handler.

C.    Designer or manufacture shall provide a complete service and preventive maintenance plan, including the annual estimated cost for each air handler.
1.6    QUALITY ASSURANCE
A.    Designer or Manufacturer Qualifications: Knowledge of the dynamics of fluid flow, including an understanding of pressures and thermal conditions inside and outside the air handler.
1.7    DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING
A.    Store products in manufacturer's unopened packaging until ready for installation


PART 2 PRODUCTS
2.1    CONDENSATE DRAIN SYSTEM
A.    Provide Trapped Condensate Drain System for all HVAC air handlers.
1.    Draw -Through Trap Drain System.
2.   Blow -Through Trap Drain System.

2.2    ACCESSORIES
A.    Install field supplied pipe supports as required by designer or manufacturer.
B.    Install field supplied pipe and fittings as required by designer or manufacturer.

PART 3  EXECUTION 
3.1    INSTALLATION
A.    Allow sufficient height on curb or slab to accommodate drain system.
B.    Allow sufficient height to accommodate drain system if suspended.
C.    Allow 1/8” per foot slope in drain line from drain system to condensate disposal location.
D.    Install in accordance with designer’s or manufacturer's instructions.
E.    Provide field data if requested by designer or manufacturer.
F.    Contact designer or manufacturer for technical support.
3.2    MAINTENANCE
