1.5 SUBMITTALS
A. The manufacturer shall supply product data sheets for each product
B. Manufacturer shall provide installation drawings.
1.6 QUALITY ASSURANCE
A. Manufacturer Qualifications: Single source for design, engineering, production, and technical support.
B. The manufacturer shall have at least 20 years of experience manufacturing condensate drain systems.
1.7 DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING
A. Store products in the manufacturer's unopened packaging until ready for installation.
PART 2 PRODUCTS
2.1 CONDENSATE DRAIN SYSTEM
A. Provide CostGard™ Condensate Drain System for all HVAC air handlers.

2.2 ACCESSORIES
A. Install field-supplied pipe supports as required by the manufacturer.
B. Install field-supplied pipe and fittings as required by the manufacturer.
PART 3 EXECUTION
3.1 INSTALLATION
A. Allow sufficient height on the curb or slab to accommodate the drain system.
B. Allow sufficient height to accommodate the drain system if suspended.
C. Allow 1/8" per foot slope in drain line from drain system to condensate disposal location.
D. Install following manufacturer's instructions.
E. Provide field data if requested by the manufacturer.
F. Test and balance for proper operation. Adjust and retest until correct operation is achieved per the manufacturer's instructions.
G. Contact the manufacturer for technical support.
